Cruise covers the system, every new skill I ship, the weekly call and the classroom, with replies within two to three business days. Accelerate adds an hour with me each month and replies within 24 hours on business days. Overdrive adds three hours a month and same-day fixes, with replies in under 12 hours on business days. A single working session is $497 an hour.

Is the setup session required?
Yes. It comes with every plan, built into the first payment, because two hours of watching it work on your own business settles the question better than a call could.
Do I need any technical background?
No. Most clients are business owners, not technical people. The technical side is handled and you get walked through what was built in plain English. There is nothing new for you to log into.
What tools and platforms does it work with?
The ones you already use. Gmail and Outlook, Google Calendar, Stripe and QuickBooks, Slack, Notion, Zoom, and most of what sits around them. Nothing has to be replaced.
How is this different from hiring a developer or buying software?
