About Jacob King

Background

I'm Jacob King, the founder of King Intelligence. Before this, I spent 16 months as an employee benefits advisor at Ohio Health Benefits, working directly with business owners on group health, dental, vision, life, and disability plans. I learned the benefits industry from the inside: the renewal cycles, the carrier portals, the manual census work, the compliance reporting, the client onboarding chaos.

I also learned what nobody likes to admit out loud: a huge percentage of the work eating up advisor and agency time is repetitive enough that AI can do most of it. So I left and built King Intelligence to give solo experts, coaches, and consultants an AI system that takes that manual work off their plate.

I am 24 years old, a graduate of the University of Akron's Sales Management program, and based in Akron, Ohio. I serve clients across Cleveland, Akron, Canton, the rest of Northeast Ohio, and nationwide.

What I Do

I build one thing: an AI Operating System for your business. Not subscription software you have to learn, and not a chatbot bolted onto the side. It runs inside the tools you already use, it knows how your business works, and it writes the way you write. The work usually looks like this:

• Your email and calendar, handled: drafts in your voice, follow-ups that actually go out, a calendar that stays honest.
• Your admin work, done in the background: invoices, client onboarding, CRM updates, the paperwork that piles up.
• Your knowledge, in one place: notes, past decisions, client history, so nothing depends on you remembering it.
• Your voice, kept: everything it writes sounds like you, because it learned from what you have already written.

The first conversation is always free. Every plan starts with one payment that covers the two-hour Setup and your first month: $697 with Cruise ($97 a month after), and one-off working sessions are $497 an hour.

Why I Started King Intelligence

Inside Ohio Health Benefits I watched advisors spend hours on plan-comparison spreadsheets, follow-up emails, and renewal paperwork that any well-built AI system can do in minutes. Meanwhile, the actual high-value work, sitting with a business owner and figuring out the right plan for their team, got squeezed.

That gap is the entire reason King Intelligence exists. The goal is not to replace advisors or business owners. It is to take the manual work off their plate so they can spend that time on the work only they can do. I run my own entire business on the system I sell, and 14 small businesses have had one built with me.
