Lead-Magnet Pages and Visitor Identification

This disclosure specifically covers the /audit page (and any other King Intelligence page that collects an email to deliver a downloadable resource). The full privacy policy below governs the rest of king-intelligence.com.

Email Collection

When you submit your email to receive a downloadable resource such as The Silent Advisor Audit, we store the email address, the specific page slug you came from, any UTM campaign parameters present in the URL, your IP address, and the User-Agent string sent by your browser. We use this data to (a) deliver the resource you requested by email, (b) measure which channels produce signups, and (c) send, at most, one follow-up message related to the resource you downloaded.

We do not sell your email address. We do not share it with third parties except for the email infrastructure required to deliver your message (see "Third-Party Services" below). Your data is stored in Supabase (U.S., SOC 2 Type II).

Third-Party Visitor Identification

When you visit the /audit page (and only that page), we run a third-party visitor-identification script (Leadpipe). Leadpipe identifies a subset of U.S.-based business visitors by matching session signals against their identity graph. This means for some visits we may receive back a name, business email, company, job title, and LinkedIn profile URL associated with the device that visited — even if you do not submit the email form. EU and UK traffic is not matched at the person level.

If you would prefer to opt out of third-party identification entirely, you can do so via Leadpipe's opt-out page, or by using your browser's Do Not Track setting, or by emailing jacob@king-intelligence.com with the subject "Remove my data" and we will purge any record associated with your email address within 30 days.

California residents: under the CCPA/CPRA you have the right to know, delete, and opt out of the "sharing" of your personal information. Use the same email address above to exercise those rights and we will respond within 45 days.
