I was looking for every time someone asked me some version of “Can Claude do this?”
It came up 317 times, from 106 different people. Plumbers, insurance agents, architects, a river outfitter and a florist all asked.
You can stop asking me
Most of those questions had the same answer. And you don't need me to get it.
If the task is done with a mouse and a keyboard, the answer is yes. From there, you start talking with Claude and figure out how together.
In all 317, I found one honest no. A commercial real estate broker asked how much of a listing Claude could handle. It could do everything except take the photos and put up the yard sign.
If the task needs your hands, Claude can't do it. If it happens on a screen, it can.
What people asked me

Yes comes in three sizes
Some of these take five minutes. Some take a login and an hour of setup. A few take a real build, like a text line or a portal.
You don't have to know which is which before you start. Ask Claude how, and it'll tell you how big the job is.
Starting with one message
The river outfitter's question is a good one to walk through. Employees text their hours every week, and someone types them into payroll by hand.
I'd open Claude and type this:
"My employees text me their hours every week, and I type them into payroll by hand. I want those hours to go in without me typing them, with me approving first. Walk me through how we'd set that up, and ask me whatever you need to know. /king-intelligence:grill-me"
That's the whole first step. Claude asks what payroll software you use and how the texts come in. You answer, and the two of you work out the rest one piece at a time.
