A seasonal business does not have an even workload problem. It has a June problem. From roughly May through September the calls, the bookings, and the invoices arrive faster than one person can process them, and then in November there is time to catch up on work that stopped mattering in October.

The worst time to set this up is the second week of June. The best time is the quiet stretch, when you can give it two focused hours and let it learn your business before the phone starts.

The setup is $697, a paid two-hour session on your own business, and it comes with every plan. Your first payment is $697, $997 with an hour of my time, or $1,497 with three hours; after that memberships bill monthly at $97, $397, or $897, so the plan can move up in season and back down after. Annual runs about ten times the monthly rate if you would rather pay once. My time outside a plan is $497 an hour. Current rates hold through Dec 31. On Jan 1 every plan goes up.

My business is seasonal. Can the plan follow my season?
The memberships bill monthly, so you can move up a tier when the season starts and back down when it ends, or stop entirely and keep the system running on the lowest plan. If you would rather settle it once, annual billing runs about ten times the monthly rate. Nothing about this requires a long commitment before you have seen it work.
What actually happens in the two-hour setup session?
We open your real accounts and build it together while you watch. I ask how you handle a booking, what you charge, what you say when someone asks for a discount, and where things currently fall through. Then it gets built on that, and you leave the session with a working system rather than a proposal.
Do you come out to Portage Lakes, or is it all remote?
I am in Akron, which is a short drive, so in-person is easy if you want it. The build itself goes faster on a screen share because we are working inside your email and we both need to see the same thing. Plenty of my clients are nowhere near Ohio and get the same result.

Is my customer list going anywhere?
No. It stays in the accounts you already control, and you hold the logins throughout. I do not copy it out, I do not keep it when the work ends, and nothing in your account gets used for anything but your business.
