AI Consulting in New Franklin, Ohio, for Owner-Operators

Most businesses in New Franklin do not have a front desk. They have a truck, a phone, and an owner who answers it between jobs. The paperwork still has to happen, so it happens at nine at night.

What I sell fixes that specific problem. It is called an AI operating system: a setup that lives inside the email, calendar, notes, and invoicing you already pay for, learns how your business actually runs, and then does the writing and chasing for you. Not a new app to log into. The same inbox you already open.

New Franklin sits in the southwest corner of Summit County, wrapped around the Portage Lakes, and it is mostly houses. A good share of the businesses here run out of one of them. That is the setup this fits best, because when the admin work piles up there is nobody to hand it to.

I am Jacob King. I built King Intelligence in Akron, about twenty minutes up the road, and I run the entire company on the same system I set up for clients: the client work, the billing, the email, the meeting notes. Fourteen small businesses have had one built with me so far.

What it actually does in a week

Say a quote request comes in Tuesday morning while you are on a roof. The system reads it, pulls what it knows about that customer and your pricing, and has a reply sitting in your drafts in your own words. You read it, change a number, hit send.

Friday, it knows which invoices went out and never got paid, so the nudge email is already written. Monday, it turns the voice memo you left yourself in the truck into a real follow-up list. None of that is exotic. It is the pile of small jobs that eat an owner's evening.

What it costs

Every plan starts with the Setup, a paid two-hour working session for $697. We build it on your real business, with your real email and your real customers, so you see it working as part of your first payment. It comes with every plan, not a gate you buy separately.

From there, memberships are $97 a month with no one-on-one time, $397 a month with an hour with me, or $897 a month with three hours. If you would rather not be on a plan at all, working sessions are $497 an hour. Current rates hold through Dec 31. On Jan 1 every plan goes up.

When I tell people no

If nothing about your business is written down anywhere, there is nothing for a system to learn from yet, and the honest first step is cheaper than hiring me. If the real problem is that the phone is not ringing, this will not fix that either. I would rather say so on the first call than take the money.

Starting from New Franklin

The first conversation is a call, not a sales meeting. You tell me what part of the week you hate and I tell you whether I can take it off you. If it makes sense, we book the two hours and build it together.

If the admin work is happening after dinner, that is the part worth handing over. Pick a time that works and we will talk it through.

Questions I get from New Franklin business owners

Do you meet New Franklin business owners in person, or is this all remote?

Both work. I am based in Akron, so New Franklin is a short drive and I am happy to sit down with you. Most of the actual building happens over video anyway, because we are working inside your email and your calendar and screen sharing is faster than looking over a shoulder. Clients outside Ohio get the same thing entirely remotely.

I am the only person in my business. Is this too much system for me?

One-person businesses are the ones this was built for. There is no team to train and no permissions to sort out, so the setup is simpler, not harder. The $97 a month plan exists specifically for owners who want the system running without regular time with me.

What does it cost to get started in New Franklin?

Every plan starts with the Setup, a paid two-hour session for $697 where we build it on your own business, built into your first payment: $697, $997, or $1,497 depending on how much time with me you want, then $97, $397, or $897 a month after that. One-off working sessions are $497 an hour if you would rather not be on a plan.

Do I have to stop using the software I already pay for?

No. That is the point of the word operating system. It runs inside the tools you already have, your email, your calendar, your notes, your invoicing. If you are on Gmail and QuickBooks today, you are still on Gmail and QuickBooks after.

Will the emails it writes actually sound like me?

That is most of what the setup session is for. We feed it how you already write, the phrases you use, the way you handle a price question, the things you never say. You approve every message before it goes out, so nothing leaves in a voice you did not sign off on.
