The distance question
I will answer it before you ask. I am in Akron, not Youngstown, and I am not going to pretend that an hour of Route 76 makes me your neighbor. What I will say is that the building happens inside your email over a screen share, so a client in Boardman and a client in Boise get the same session. I have clients well outside Ohio.
If sitting across a table matters to you, that is a fair reason to hire someone closer, and I will not argue with it.
What it takes off your plate first
Almost always one of four things: replying to the same questions, following up on quotes that went quiet, chasing invoices, and turning what got said in a meeting into something you can act on. Those four are repeatable, they are written, and they are the ones eating the evening.

The setup session is $697 for two hours, paid, and it comes with every plan. It proves the thing on your own business as part of your first payment: $697 for the system with no one-on-one time, $997 with an hour with me, or $1,497 with three hours. After that: $97, $397, or $897 a month. Outside a plan, $497 an hour. Current rates hold through Dec 31. On Jan 1 every plan goes up.
Before the first session
You need nothing prepared. No cleanup, no documents, no list. Two hours of real attention and access to the accounts you already use is the whole requirement. Most of the session is me asking questions about how you actually work and building while you correct me.

How is this different from hiring a part-time assistant?
An assistant needs training, hours, and management, and when they leave the knowledge goes with them. This is closer to writing the knowledge down once and having it applied every day. It is also worth saying plainly: for some businesses the right answer really is a part-time person, and I have told people that.
What do I need to have ready before we start?
Nothing. No cleanup, no prepared documents, no list of goals. Bring two hours of real attention and the logins to the tools you already use, and the session does the rest. People who spend a week preparing usually prepare the wrong things.
