There is a second shift in Stow that nobody puts on a schedule. The real work ends around five. Then dinner, then the laptop opens back up, and the emails, the invoices, and the notes from three meetings get sorted out somewhere between eight and eleven.
Getting that shift back is what I sell. Hourly work outside a plan is $497. Current rates hold through Dec 31. On Jan 1 every plan goes up.
Who this is wrong for
If you have staff whose whole job is admin and it is running smoothly, you do not need me. If your business lives entirely on paper with nothing digital behind it, the first step is getting the basics into software, and that is not a job worth paying my rate for. I say that to people fairly often.

Yes. Stow, Kent, Hudson, Cuyahoga Falls, and Munroe Falls are all a short drive from my office in Akron, and I take clients well outside Ohio too since the work happens over video. Being local is convenient, not required.
