The Setup is $497 for a two-hour session that turns your system on. Right after, you pick your speed: Cruise is $297, Accelerate $847, or Overdrive $1,497 a month, and your plan starts there. A one-off session on its own runs $497 an hour, so a monthly plan starts below the cost of a single one-off hour. These are founding rates. On Sept 1 they go up: Setup $697, Cruise $397, Accelerate $1,097, Overdrive $2,097, and a one-off session $597 an hour. Start before Sept 1 and you keep today's rate for as long as you stay.
Then you don't pay. Walk out of your Setup without a real task running on your business and the Setup is free. On a plan, come to the weekly calls and do the work, and if your first workflow isn't live and doing real work within 90 days, you get every dollar back.

It comes down to how fast you want to move. Cruise keeps your system sharp at a steady pace, with replies in a few days. Accelerate adds more hands-on time, a new workflow built with you each month, and replies within a day. Overdrive is six hours a month with me building alongside you and same-day replies. You can move up or down any time.
It lives on your own machine, in your own accounts, and you own all of it. The AI only sees what a task needs, nothing is stored or sold by anyone else, and nothing sends to anyone without your yes. You can walk away any time and take everything with you.
