Two hours in, you should be watching your own email get handled by something that sounds like you wrote it. That is the whole shape of this work, and almost nobody describes it before you have already paid.

I am Jacob King. King Intelligence builds one thing, an AI operating system for solo experts, coaches, and consultants. It is a Claude-powered setup that lives inside the tools you already have, learns your clients and your prices and your writing, and does the work you keep doing twice. Before anything is built: one call
The first conversation is thirty minutes and costs nothing. I am not pitching in it. I am trying to find the job in your week that you do over and over and quietly resent.
For most people it is one of four: answering the same kind of email, chasing money, writing up what happened on a call, or keeping track of who they owe a follow up. Whichever one you name first is usually the one we build.
I also tell you on that call if this is not worth doing. If your week does not contain a few hours of repeat work, there is nothing here for you yet, and I would rather say so than take a setup fee.
The two hours that decide it
The Setup is a paid two-hour working session, $697, and it is the part that makes the rest real. It comes with every plan, built into your first payment, because it settles the question before you are locked into anything beyond month one.
We sit down, in my office or on video, and connect the system to your actual accounts. Your email. Your calendar. Wherever your notes live. Stripe or whatever you take payment through. Then we pick the one job from the first call and build it while you watch.
By the end you have seen it read something real, write something real in your voice, and put it where it belongs. Not a demo on sample data. Your Tuesday.

What you hand over, and what stays yours
You hand over access, and you hand over context. Access is the boring part: you sign in to your own accounts while I watch, so no password ever changes hands and you can pull any of it back yourself in a minute.
Context is the part that matters and the part people underestimate. How you price. Who your good clients are. What you always say in a first reply. The thing you refuse to do. That is what turns a generic AI tool into something that answers like you.
What stays yours is everything. The accounts are yours, the data is yours, and if you walk away the tools you already paid for keep working exactly as they did. There is no platform of mine you get locked into and no export you have to beg for.
Weeks two through four
The first week you use it and it is slightly wrong. That is expected. You forward me the misses, I adjust the instructions behind it, and the misses get rarer.
By week two or three most people have stopped reviewing the routine work and only look at the exceptions. That is the moment the thing starts actually giving hours back, and it is also the moment most people want to add the second job.
From there it grows one piece at a time. A new job every few weeks, in whatever order your week is annoying you.
What the ongoing part is for
Businesses move. You raise prices, drop a service, hire someone, change how you take payment. Every one of those makes the system slightly out of date, and an AI setup that is out of date is worse than none, because it confidently tells people the wrong thing.
That is what the membership pays for. $97 a month keeps it current with no one-to-one time. $397 a month adds an hour with me. $897 adds three, and that tier is capped at three seats because there are only so many hours in my week. Annual runs about ten months for twelve. If you would rather not join, single working sessions are $497 an hour. Current rates hold through December 31.
Whether we ever meet in person
If you are in Akron, Canton, Cleveland, or anywhere in between, we can do the setup face to face and I would recommend it. If you are not, none of this changes. The build is identical over video and most of my ongoing work happens that way regardless of who lives where.

What happens in the first session with an AI consultant?
In my Setup session we connect the system to your real accounts, your email, calendar, notes, and payments, then build one job end to end while you watch. It runs on your own business, not on sample data, so you know whether it works from your first payment.
How long before an AI operating system is running on its own?
The first job runs from day one, but expect it to be slightly wrong for about a week while the instructions behind it get tuned to how you actually write and decide. Most people stop reviewing the routine work somewhere in week two or three and only look at the exceptions after that. From there it grows one job at a time rather than all at once.
Do I have to switch to new software?
No. The whole point is that it runs inside what you already use. If your email is Gmail it stays Gmail, if you invoice through Stripe it stays Stripe, and your team does not have to learn a new platform. Nothing you already pay for gets replaced, and if we stopped working together tomorrow every one of those tools would keep running exactly as it does now.
What do I need to prepare before we start?

The useful preparation is mental: how you price, who your good clients are, what you always say in a first reply, and what you refuse to do. Yes. I am based in Akron, Ohio and I work with clients anywhere. The build is identical over video because your email, calendar, payments, and notes are reachable from anywhere. If you are close enough to drive, I would suggest doing the two-hour setup in person, because sitting next to someone while they work surfaces habits nobody thinks to describe. Everything after that is on video either way.
